My name is Thomas Vohun, III also known as Captain Torch. I was born and raised and currently reside in Prince George County, VA.
I am a USCG licensed Captain of Citations Only. I am both CPR and First Aid certified .
I have been fishing the James River from Dutch Gap, down to the Chickahominy River, for monster catfish. Over the last 16 years, I have landed over 700 citations, and have placed in many tournaments.

Rates
Freshwater Trips
8hr Up to 4 people $550
12hr Add $100
Saltwater Trips
Half Day (5hr)up to 4 persons $500
Full Day (8hr+) up to 4 persons $700

Children 15 and under fish free with a 2 child limit. Children are required to
wear a lifejacket at all times.
All bait and tackle are included in the price of the trip. We use Ambassador 7000 reels with high class fishing rods.
$100.00 Deposit is required at the time of booking. Balance is due prior to boarding. ONLY Cash or Cashiers Check will be accepted, NO PERSONAL CHECKS.
Day trips can be scheduled SEPT. - MAY
Night trips can be scheduled JUNE - SEPT.
Saltwater trips can be day or night.
We will fish for catfish/striper/drum/spot/croaker/etc.
Items You Need To Bring
What you need to bring with you, are fishing license, coolers for the fish, sun block, food, beverages, camera, hat, and of course don’t forget to wear weather appropriate attire. If you are prone to getting seasick don’t forget your motion sickness pills especially for saltwater trips.

AT THE CAPTAINS DISCRETION TRIPS CAN BE CANCELLED DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.

At the Captains discretion there will be a limit to the amount of alcoholic beverages allowed on board. No Drugs or Firearms are permitted to be carried onboard. Intoxication will not be permitted, due to safety factors.
Your comfort and safety are my top priority.
No shows deposit will automatically be forfeited.
